Dr. Jordan Blankenship-Sniker Loves Getting to Know Her Patients

Dentistry is in Dr. Jordan Blankenship-Sniker’s blood. Growing up around dentistry with her general dentist father and hygienist mother, it was almost her destiny to follow in their footsteps. From a young age, she was molding smiles with Play-Doh, brushing her stuffed animals’ teeth, and watching her parents treat patients in their family dental practice.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 2011 from Clemson University, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia in 2016. Throughout her undergraduate and postgraduate years, Dr. Blankenship-Sniker received many awards for her academic and leadership skills. After completing her general practice residency at The University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, she worked with her father at Blankenship Family Dentistry. She made the leap of faith and purchased her own practice in 2021.

Dr. Blankenship-Sniker believes her patients appreciate her open and honest time with them. She creates a comfortable, judgment-free atmosphere where their concerns and fears are addressed and procedures are explained in friendly terms.

She is credentialed at several hospitals in the Atlanta area to provide dental care under general anesthesia in an operating room. This option is especially helpful for our patients with special needs. In addition, she is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association, Special Care Dentistry Association, the Thomas P. Hinman Society, and the American Academy of Oral Systemic Health.

Dr. Blankenship-Sniker loves giving back to her community and sponsoring organizations that improve the lives of others. A recent project involved helping her brother, who has autism, build and open ReClif, a fitness-based therapy center for adults and children with autism and other disabilities.

If she is not busy keeping her patients smiling, you will find Dr. Blankenship-Sniker and her husband Aaron chasing around their two young daughters, Rhodes and Ives, with their two mountain dogs trailing behind. She is an active tennis player, hiking enthusiast, and excited book reader. (Tell her about your most recent read!)
